Bossly Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Bossly! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bossly's business operating systems and services (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your business or organization. By using Bossly, you confirm that you have the authority to bind the entity you represent.
2. Services Provided
Bossly offers digital operating systems designed to support business operations, including but not limited to: task management, team communications, reporting tools, automation workflows, and strategic planning systems.
Bossly reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with or without notice.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Services are offered on a subscription basis unless otherwise specified.
Payments are due in advance of the service period and will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time via your account settings. Pausing will prevent future charges for the pause period but does not grant refunds for time already paid.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, designs, trademarks, and software provided by Bossly are owned by Bossly or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use Bossly in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You are responsible for all data, content, and activity occurring under your account.
You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
6. Data Privacy

7. Termination
Bossly reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. Upon termination, your access to Services will cease, and your data may be deleted or retained as per our data retention policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bossly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the use of our Services.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court, depending on your jurisdiction. This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States.
10. Changes to Terms
